Body Results by Sharon uses the safest laser machines that still produce results, so side effects are very limited and you can go about your regular day once the treatment is done. Some clients with a darker pigment of skin may see a bit of freckling, but laser levels are adjusted accordingly.
It is recommended that you ensure you are very hydrated in the days before and after your treatment and that you get in some extra movement as both water and movement are key in helping your body flush the toxins and fatty acids out of your lymphatic system. If you are currently active, this would mean a few extra minutes doing something a bit different than you normally would - trying out a new cardio machine if you go to the gym or going for a longer walk. If you are normally active, get moving. Even if you do smaller sessions of movements, if you do several 5 to minute walks a day can make all the difference.
And of course you encouraged to eat balanced and healthy. Not that you will be told to give up things you love - no one wants to live like that! But you will be encouraged to make healthier choices more often... which is the key to balance.

Body Wrap in a Bottle is also for sale for home use as well.
